Montebalito Real Estate Will Turn to Solar Energy

With perspective of change coming to Real State business, Montebalito will turn to renewable energies. The company has a new Strategic Plan in which is photovoltaic energy will be its new fundamental edge.

Until Now, Montebalito has as “main activity the promotion of every kind of real estate activities. Promotion, operation, construction and transaction of lots, lands or buildings destined to tourist houses, apartments, local industrialists or of business, rustic, cattle or forest hotels and motels, residences, villas, urbanizations, property and any other”.

Progressively introducing in the business of the renewable energies, and in the meeting of shareholders of the company, programmed for December the 12th, ” The Council will put under the approval a Strategic Plan for the society , the next triennium, in which the consideration of the renewable energies is anticipated, essentially photovoltaic, like fundamental axis of the social businesses.

This bet for solar energy will empower Montebalito’s Branch: Energías Renovables, with the internal rearrangement of the group societies related to the photovoltaic industry.
