Homemade Solar Cooker With Windshield Protector
This solar cooker is very easy to do, one hundred percent transportable and virtually instantaneous.
The materials you need are:
A protective windshield, like the first photo
A grid with legs, but will burn the guard
Approximately 10 inches of Velcro
A pot, preferably black, as it traps heat better
A plastic bag
The steps:
Cut the Velcro into 3 parts and glue them on opposite sides and opposite ends, with the intention that when bent stick and be a sort of cone. As shown in the second figure.
Already done with the cone, put it on the floor above the grate and place the pan over into the plastic bag as you can see in Figure 3
Usually, we have a solar cooker in minutes and with materials close at hand.
