Energizer Will Launch Portable Solar Charger

This week has been reported that Energizer plans to debut a portable solar charger for AA and AAA batteries in the Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The charger is 100% water proof and has a USB port to power other devices.

The Energizer solar charger can also be connected to the grid when there is insufficient sun.

The company plans to release it to the market the next summer at a price of 49.99 dollars, which sounds pretty good when compared to conventional chargers.
