A team of designers in New York have invented an ingenious way to capture energy in an everyday use. His revolutionary revolving door captures the energy that a person uses to pass through these doors that we see in buildings. It’s like a wind turbine, but instead of being moved by the wind energy it moves through the passage of people through it.

The technology of “Revolution Door” can be used both in already installed doors and in new doors. A revolving door in a very large building is in constant movement, and capturing all that energy in the spinning, could supply a big amount of electricity to the building.
